01The wines
J. J. Prüm stands for an unmistakable style: cool, slowly maturing Rieslings with fine residual sugar, high extract and an acidity that carries them for decades. Many of the wines reveal their full greatness only after 20, 30 or more years. The harvest often runs well into November; in 1949 the Moselle's first deliberately made Eiswein was produced here.
